While there are a lot of online estate agents out there, they don't all work the same way. There are different contracts, different approaches, and different fees (or in our case, no fee at all — more on that in a minute).

So when you're selling your home, it's important that you find someone you trust and you feel confident about working with.

So, what does it all mean? There are some overlaps between Yopa and Strike. You can get free valuations, plus no expensive overheads and a saving that's passed on to you. But there are some pretty important differences, too. With Strike, we'll always sell your home for free. With Yopa, you'll pay to list whether they sell your home or not — or you can choose the 'no sale, no fee' option, but that might cost you more in the long run.

Ultimately, it's your choice. So take your time with it — do a little research, have a few valuations done and pick the agency — and service — that's right for you. We think that offering you a fully-managed service for free is the best way forward, but that's just us. It's your money, it's your call.
