The areas in this part of Liverpool are pretty affordable, and the high proportion of sales in terraced and semi-detached houses indicates that the population of movers are probably families. Because of the excellent health care in the area, often healthcare workers choose to live here with their families because of the proximity to hospitals and surgeries, and good quality of life for their children and partners. It's also easy to get into town from L14, making it good for those wanting to commute.
L14 is a prime spot for older people because it is contained, affordable, has good transport links for visiting family and friends, and great healthcare. Not only are the hospitals famous, but there are also retirement homes and assisted living facilities in the area for when you or a family member may need some extra care.

You could even be at Anfield to watch a game in around 10-15 mins.
The “ralla” or “The Loop Line” is a fond nickname for the walking path made out next to an abandoned railway line in Merseyside. It is a 10 mile stretch, great for walkers and cyclists.
