It might sound complicated, but getting an EPC is easier than you think. You need one to list your property — in fact, you have to provide one within 30 days of listing — but we’re happy to take care of that for you.
An Energy Performance Certificate rates how efficiently your property uses energy — it sounds a little jargon-y, but it's actually really straightforward. And if you're wondering how to get an EPC, it's easier than you think. An EPC will grade your property from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). Once you have an EPC, it’s valid for 10 years. If you don’t have one or it’s expired, you’ll need to get one to sell your home.

At Strike, we’re happy to arrange it for you. Want to arrange it yourself? Sure — you can still sell your home through Strike. The choice is yours.
