Should I get my house valued by a real person?
If you want a more accurate valuation service from a local estate agent, we can arrange that for you. Our agent valuations are much more reliable because they are specific to your home, rather than an estimate based on statistics. They will take into account loads of data about the market and homes in your area, but also what makes your home unique - e.g. a newly renovated upstairs loo, or that Picasso-style mural your 2 year old did in crayons on the wall.
